I acknowledge that I have read and agree to these terms of service.
I acknowledge that no cancellation fee shall occur for reservations if canceled with-in one full business day of the scheduled reservation time. A charge of one-half of the reservation fee will be charged if canceled on the business day prior to the reservation and the full reservation fee for cancellations on the day of.
I confirm that I am an authorized representative of the listed company with authorization to make this commitment on their behalf. I also understand that by making this reservation, no third-party billing will be facilitated by Morning Star Service Company, Inc., and I agree to pay the amount owed in a timely manner, not to exceed 30 days from date of invoice in order to avoid late fees. Late payment will be assessed a 10% per month fee on any outstanding balance. A returned check fee in the amount of $40.00 will be charged on all returned checks. All users agree that Morning Star Service Company, Inc. or Starkings Court Reporting will not be held liable for any loss, whether real or inferred that occurs due to the use of this suite.
